Another Old Leadhead wishes you positive vibrations & good wishes towards making a full recovery Dean…I was SO looking forward to seeing you play with BiL last Saturday in Geneva NY, and was sorry to hear that you are not well nowadays.
Hey Dean and Megan, Thinking of you both. I sometimes play tunes from our Cedar Concert 2000 to guitarist friends and they are just awestruck! You inspire me, and lots of others. Hang in there. Lots of love, Brendan
I saw you at the San Antonio Accordion Festival many years ago with John Williams (perhaps 2006??). I dug out your CD Heavy Meadow to share with a friend and happened to look up your website and then got to this one.
Your music is beautiful. I listened to the one CD I have over and over again and now I’m going to try and buy all of your CDs. I will pray that you heal and grow stronger everyday. I come from a family of musicians and your skill and composition blows me away every time I hear a song. There’s always something new to find in each song each time you hear it.
Thank you so much for inspiring me. I know that you will not only survive but live a full life full of love and peace and music.
Don’t know if you remember me. I’m Steve Sklar’s wife. Want you to know we both think of you often and send healing energy and love your way. Especially right now as it seems you are going into surgery momentarily. May you enjoy continuing improvement and return to health.
Johnna and Steve
My prayer energy for you, Dean. I’m remembering seeing you play duets with Marcus Wise, and playing with Anthony Cox and Phil Hey! Great power in those musical moments. May you reap the power back 7-fold.
Hi Dean,
Surfing on the net, I just had the information about your sickness, and hopefully about the good way to recovery. So please receive our best wishes. We did’n't forget your performance with François Corneloup “Next” here, and the great human feeling emerging from you.
Love,
Patrice
Hi Dean,
Sending love and good wishes from around the corner I believe! Delighted to hear you are doing much better and I hope your progress continues. Hi to Meagn. Take care. Hugs, Annie.

I just got some of your music on iTunes. Really beautiful sounds! “Eva Arriving” is so great; I wish I could play it!
I wish you all the best in your recovery.
